会员服务

第四条 俱乐部设立四类会员：
① 创始会员：俱乐部早期核心成员，享有最高优先权与荣誉称号，参与俱乐部战略规划；
② 企业会员：AI领域企业创始人或高管，拥有独立AI产品或技术的企业负责人；
③ 投资会员：专注于AI领域的投资机构合伙人或投资总监及以上级别人员；
④ 学术会员：AI领域知名学者、教授、研究员，在人工智能学术研究方面有突出贡献者。

第五条 申请入会须经会员推荐或自行申请，由秘书处审核、理事会批准后方可入会。

Article 4. The Club establishes four membership categories:
① Founding Members: Core early members with highest priority and honorary titles, participating in strategic planning;
② Enterprise Members: AI company founders or executives with independent AI products or technologies;
③ Investor Members: Partners or investment directors (and above) at AI-focused investment firms;
④ Academic Members: Renowned AI scholars, professors, and researchers with outstanding contributions.

Article 5. Membership applications require a member referral or self-application, subject to review by the Secretariat and approval by the Council.

第六条 会员享有以下权利：
① 参加俱乐部举办的各类活动，包括论坛、路演、闭门会议、社交晚宴等；
② 获得AI产业资源对接服务，包括技术、人才、市场渠道等核心资源；
③ 参与俱乐部组织的投资合作项目，获得优质AI项目的优先投资权；
④ 加入产业合作项目，与其他会员开展联合研发、市场拓展等深度合作；
⑤ 免费获取俱乐部发布的AI产业研究报告、行业白皮书等研究成果；
⑥ 享有俱乐部品牌背书，可在个人及企业宣传中使用会员身份标识。

Article 6. Members are entitled to the following rights:
① Attend all Club events including forums, demo days, closed-door meetings, and networking dinners;
② Access AI industry resource matching including technology, talent, and market channels;
③ Participate in investment cooperation with priority access to quality AI projects;
④ Join industry collaboration projects for joint R&D, market expansion, and deep cooperation;
⑤ Receive complimentary AI industry research reports, whitepapers, and publications;
⑥ Leverage Club brand endorsement with official membership credentials for promotion.

第七条 会员应履行以下义务：
① 遵守俱乐部章程及各项管理制度，维护俱乐部声誉和形象；
② 按时缴纳会费，积极参与俱乐部组织的各项活动；
③ 为俱乐部发展提供力所能及的支持，包括资源分享、经验交流等；
④ 参与产业合作，推动AI生态建设，促进会员之间的互利共赢；
⑤ 保守俱乐部内部信息及其他会员的商业机密，不得对外泄露。

Article 7. Members shall fulfill the following obligations:
① Abide by the Club charter and regulations, upholding the Club's reputation and image;
② Pay membership fees on time and actively participate in Club activities;
③ Support Club development through resource sharing, experience exchange, and mentorship;
④ Engage in industry cooperation to build the AI ecosystem and promote mutual benefit;
⑤ Maintain confidentiality of Club internal information and other members' business secrets.

第八条 俱乐部设立以下组织机构：

① 理事会 — 俱乐部最高决策机构，负责制定俱乐部发展战略、审批年度工作计划和预算、选举和罢免理事长及副理事长、修改章程等重大事项。理事会每年至少召开两次会议。

② 秘书处 — 俱乐部日常运营管理机构，负责执行理事会决议、组织会员活动、管理会员关系、对外联络与品牌推广、财务管理等日常工作。秘书处设秘书长一名，由理事会任命。

③ 专家委员会 — 俱乐部学术与技术顾问机构，由AI领域顶尖学者和行业专家组成，负责AI产业研究、技术趋势分析、政策建议、项目评审等专业咨询工作。

Article 8. The Club establishes the following organizational bodies:

① Council — The Club's supreme decision-making body, responsible for strategic planning, approving annual work plans and budgets, electing/removing the Chairman and Vice Chairmen, amending the charter, and other major decisions. The Council convenes at least twice annually.

② Secretariat — The Club's daily operations body, responsible for implementing Council resolutions, organizing member events, managing member relations, external communications, branding, and financial management. Led by a Secretary-General appointed by the Council.

③ Expert Committee — The Club's academic and technical advisory body, composed of top AI scholars and industry experts, responsible for industry research, technology trend analysis, policy recommendations, and project evaluation.

第九条 俱乐部实行年费制，各等级会费标准如下：

① 会员（Member）：$7,000 USD / 年 — 享有基础会员权益
② 创始会员（Founding）：$15,000 USD / 年 — 享有全部会员权益及优先投资合作、VIP闭门活动
③ 理事单位（Director）：$40,000 USD / 年 — 享有全部创始会员权益及理事会参与权、品牌联合推广
④ 副理事长单位（Vice Chairman）：$70,000 USD / 年 — 享有全部理事权益及战略决策参与、专属合作通道
⑤ 理事长单位（Chairman）：$100,000 USD / 年 — 享有最高等级权益，包括俱乐部战略方向决策、全球品牌冠名权及独家产业资源

第十条 会费按年度缴纳，应在入会或续费时一次性缴清。会费用于俱乐部日常运营、活动举办、研究报告及会员服务等。

Article 9. The Club operates on an annual membership fee basis:

① Member: $7,000 USD/yr — Basic membership benefits
② Founding: $15,000 USD/yr — Full benefits plus priority investment access and VIP events
③ Director: $40,000 USD/yr — Full Founding benefits plus Council participation and co-branding
④ Vice Chairman: $70,000 USD/yr — Full Director benefits plus strategic decision-making and exclusive channels
⑤ Chairman: $100,000 USD/yr — Highest-tier benefits including strategic direction, global naming rights, and exclusive resources

Article 10. Fees are paid annually in full upon enrollment or renewal. Fees fund Club operations, events, research publications, and member services.
